We want to find you a tenant quickly that pays rent on time and takes care of your property. We generate hundreds of phone calls weekly from our yard signs, print advertisements and online resources. This is where our service outshines the competition. We don’t hand out rental lists.
All applicants must apply in person. We check their credit history and verify their income. We also call their previous landlords to inquire about their rental history. Our diligent tenant screening process will ensure low eviction rate and low tenant turnover.
All tenants are required to sign a one year lease contract. We use standard leases published by the Georgia Association of Realtors.
Full Service Management Office
Our office is open Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Our property managers are available to show property on the weekend by appointment. They are on call 24/7 to handle emergencies.
We maintain relationships with several local vendors including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, tree surgeons, lawn maintenance professionals, etc to ensure you get the best price every time. We guarantee no upcharging or additional fees, markups or kickbacks from vendors.
Detailed Monthly/YTD Reporting
A detailed monthly statement will be mailed to you around the 10th of each month. We also provide a year end 1099 form for your taxes.
We get paid when you get paid! If your property is vacant, we do not collect a management fee.
